ACC supports Raytheon Systems Limited in Joint Effects Tactical Targeting System
(JETTS) Assessment Phase award
OLD HARLOW, Essex, 29 July 2004 — Advanced Concept Consulting Ltd, the provider
of Strategic Proposal and Programme management consulting services, provided proposal and cost management support to Raytheon
Systems Limited during the Joint Effects Tactical Targeting Systems (JETTS) concept phase.

The JETTS Assessment Phase is a Software Intensive Programme (SIP) to provide the Land Component
Commander (LCC) with a set of software tools to increase tempo in the land battle field using the BOWMAN data terminal. The
assessment phase is valued at approximately £10 million, and has the potential of an additional £300 million in the demonstration
and manufacturing phase (D&MP).
Advanced Concept Consulting provided proposal management leadership and cost modelling expertise
integrating cost, schedule, performance and risk in accordance with the MoD’s Acquisition Management System (AMS) three
point estimating guidelines.
